FAURITOR

FAURITOR Tech · systems builder · MCO Ventures

We design, build and operate intelligent systems.

FAURITOR turns scattered tools, manual work and stalled initiatives into running systems — engineered with discipline, automated end-to-end and operated with the same care they were built with. From the first architecture decision to scale.

PATH5 stages · one loop

The path every system follows, in order.

The loop after Scale is the point: operate the system, observe what it does, then improve it. Select a stage to read what happens there.

What we build

Systems that run the business — not just describe it

FAURITOR builds four kinds of systems, and they compound: an operating system produces data, data powers intelligence, intelligence justifies scale. Every engagement is a system, designed to be operated.

Operating systems for business

The internal system your company actually runs on: one source of truth for work, knowledge and decisions — replacing scattered spreadsheets, inboxes and memory.

  • Internal tools & operations platforms
  • Single source of truth
  • Built around your real workflow

Automation pipelines

From intake to outcome with no manual copying. We connect the tools you already use and automate the hand-offs between people, systems and documents.

  • Workflow & tool integration
  • Document & notification pipelines
  • Error-proof by design

Data & intelligence

When work flows through one system, the data finally exists. Dashboards, alerts and applied AI where it demonstrably helps — visibility that drives decisions.

  • Operational dashboards
  • Alerts & anomaly detection
  • Applied AI, honest limits

Product engineering

For ventures and B2B partners: we take software products from validated problem to production — designed, built and operated by the same team.

  • MVP to production
  • Design–build–operate
  • Documentation & ownership handover

The FAURITOR Method

Problem → System → Automation → Intelligence → Scale

Every engagement — and every FAURITOR product — follows the same five-stage path. Skipping a stage is how software projects turn into expensive decorations. Scroll through it, or pick a stage.

  1. Before anything is built, we find the actual bottleneck: the manual step, the missing information, the decision nobody can make today. We map how work really flows — not how an org chart says it should.

    What you get

    • System map of the current process
    • The one constraint worth solving first

Example · Modelled as a pattern: a quote request arrives by email, gets retyped into a spreadsheet, then is chased by phone for two days.

  2. Architecture before interface. We define the data, the states, the hand-offs and the failure modes — then the interface falls out of that model. What gets designed is a system the business can run on, not a mockup.

    What you get

    • System architecture & data model
    • Clear build scope — and what deliberately stays out

Example · One Job record with real states: intake → scheduled → in progress → invoiced, with an owner on every transition.

  3. Every repeated hand-off is a candidate for automation: intake, routing, syncing tools, generating documents, notifying the right person at the right time. We automate the boring 80% so people spend time on judgment, not copy-paste.

    What you get

    • Automated pipeline from input to outcome
    • Fewer manual steps — measured, not promised

Example · A new form submission creates the job, assigns it, drafts the confirmation and notifies the right person — with no inbox check.

  4. Once work flows through one system, the data finally exists. Dashboards show the numbers that matter; alerts surface exceptions; AI is applied where it demonstrably earns its keep — classification, summarization, drafting — never as decoration.

    What you get

    • Live operational visibility
    • Decision support with honest limits

Example · Automated lead scoring: inquiries are ranked by fit and intent, so the next conversation starts with the right one.

  5. Shipping is the midpoint, not the finish line. We operate what we build: monitoring, iteration, hardening. A system that grows with the business — and a clean handover when you're ready to own it.

    What you get

    • Operated, monitored production system
    • Documentation and ownership handover

Example · The same operational loop serves the tenth process as the first: observe the system, change one thing, measure again.

Products

Software products built by FAURITOR

Separate from client work, FAURITOR builds its own products — proven on FAURITOR and MCO Ventures first. Statuses below are stated exactly as they are.

FAURITOR Internal OS

In development
Active build — only product currently in development

An operating system in development for venture operations.

Problem

Ventures lose days the same way: work scattered across tools, status held in someone's memory, decisions that can't be made on Friday because nobody has the numbers.

What it changes

  • One place to see what is running, blocked and next
  • Knowledge stays in the system when people rotate
  • Automation removes the recurring manual hand-offs
  • Operations & project flow
  • Knowledge base
  • Automation layer

HVAC ProfitGuard

Planned

See which jobs actually make money.

Problem

Service work is quoted one job at a time, so margins only become visible after the quarter closes — when the loss-making jobs are already done.

What it changes

  • Margin per job, per technician, per contract — before invoicing closes
  • Exceptions surface themselves instead of hiding in spreadsheets
  • Price the next quote on real cost, not on memory
  • Job costing
  • Margin visibility
  • Exception alerts

MCO Studio

Planned

A venture-building workbench.

Problem

Every new venture re-invents the same path from idea to operating business, and the hard-won lessons from the last one live in someone's head.

What it changes

  • Every venture runs the same repeatable path
  • Validation evidence is recorded, not remembered
  • Launch and operations start from a known baseline
  • Idea validation
  • Build pipeline
  • Launch operations

Product statuses are intentionally plain-spoken: In development means being actively built right now; Planned means scoped and scheduled, with build not yet underway. No waitlist theatrics, no vaporware announcements.

Work / case studies

How a system comes together

FAURITOR is a young company, and we won't invent client logos or fabricated results to look bigger. Instead, here are three system patterns we build — shown the way we would walk you through a real one: problem, system, automation, intelligence.

System pattern

Operations hub for a services business

Problem
Requests arrive by phone, email and chat; work is tracked in spreadsheets and memory; nobody can answer “where is this job?” without asking three people.
System
One intake channel, one job record, one state machine. Every request becomes a trackable unit of work with an owner and a history.
Automation
Routing, follow-ups, document generation and status notifications happen without anyone copying data between tools.
Intelligence
A live view of workload, bottlenecks and cycle times replaces end-of-week guesswork.

Applies when · This is your shape if the honest answer to “where is this job right now?” requires opening three tools — or phoning someone who knows.

Automation pattern

Lead-to-delivery pipeline

Problem
Qualified leads wait for manual replies while the same information is re-typed into four different tools.
System
Structured intake that validates, deduplicates and enriches every inquiry the moment it arrives.
Automation
Qualification, scheduling, proposal drafts and tool-to-tool sync are triggered by state changes, not inbox checks.
Intelligence
Response-time and conversion visibility makes the pipeline something you manage — not something you discover later.

Applies when · This is your shape if the first reply to a serious inquiry depends on when somebody next opens the inbox.

Intelligence pattern

Founder decision layer

Problem
The numbers exist — in invoicing, in project tools, in bank exports — but answering “can we afford this hire?” takes half a day.
System
A unified data model across the tools the business already uses, refreshed automatically.
Automation
Nightly consolidation and anomaly detection; exceptions surface themselves instead of hiding in tabs.
Intelligence
One dashboard with the few numbers that drive decisions: cash, capacity, margins, pipeline.

Applies when · This is your shape if a decision that should take five minutes needs a spreadsheet session first.

Disclosure · These are illustrative system patterns drawn from the kinds of problems FAURITOR is built to solve — not client engagements. No names, no borrowed logos, no invented results. When real case studies exist, they will live here, told the same way: problem → system → automation → intelligence → scale.

Why FAURITOR

Built like a product company, engaged like a partner

FAURITOR is not an agency selling hours. It is the technology company of MCO Ventures — the same team builds the systems our own ventures run on.

01

Systems, not deliverables

A website or an app that doesn't change how the business runs is decoration. We build systems — and we stay accountable for how they run.

02

Design, build and operate

Most shops hand over a zip file. FAURITOR operates what it builds: monitoring, iteration and hardening are part of the job, not an upsell.

03

Engineering discipline

Typed code, automated tests, real documentation and handover you can act on. If we disappeared tomorrow, you could run and extend what we built.

04

An internal product discipline

FAURITOR is part of MCO Ventures, and the systems it builds internally are held to the same standard as the systems it builds for businesses: designed, built and operated by the same team.

Technology

Boring where it should be, sharp where it counts

Stack decisions are made per system, for longevity — not for fashion. The list below reflects the current repository and its configured target architecture; production provider settings are documented separately and must be verified.

Frontend & experience

  • Next.js
  • React
  • TypeScript
  • Tailwind CSS

Backend & APIs

  • Node.js
  • Cloud Functions
  • Typed contracts (Zod)
  • JSON API

Data & delivery

  • Static export
  • Firestore
  • Firebase Hosting config
  • GitHub Actions

Safety & operations

  • Server-side validation
  • Rate limiting
  • Security headers
  • Consent-gated analytics
Target architecture in this repository: Next.js static export with a Firebase Hosting configuration, a same-origin rewrite to Cloud Function contactSubmit (validation, honeypot, time-trap, rate limit), Firestore with deny-all client rules, optional mail notification, and consent-gated analytics when a GA4 Measurement ID is supplied.

Typed end to end

One TypeScript schema validates the intake form in your browser and again on the server.

Tests as a gate

Lint, type checks, unit tests and a production build run on every pull request.

No silent secrets

Nothing sensitive ever reaches the browser; server configuration lives in documented env vars.

About

A technology company within MCO Ventures

FAURITOR Tech is part of MCO Ventures. FAURITOR designs, builds and operates practical systems for businesses that need clearer workflows, stronger handoffs and better operational visibility. Its focus is practical systems work: understand the constraint, design the operating model, automate the repeatable work, add intelligence where it earns its keep, then operate and improve the result.

The homepage separates current positioning, illustrative system patterns and product status so that an idea is not presented as a launched product or a client case study.
