FAURITOR

Vertical software · AI-enabled systems · Real-world operations

We design, build and operate intelligent systems.

FAURITOR builds vertical software and AI-enabled systems for real businesses. We ship focused products for specific operating problems, and we build custom software from scratch when the workflow demands it.

PATH5 stages · one loop

The path every system follows, in order.

The loop after Scale is the point: operate the system, observe what it does, then improve it. Select a stage to read what happens there.

One system, five stages, continuous operation.

What we build

Systems that run the business — not just describe it

We design software around how work actually happens: the decisions people make, the data they need, the hand-offs that slow things down. That might mean a focused vertical product, a custom operating system, an integration, or AI applied where it earns its place. We start by understanding the problem, not by pitching a tool.

Operating systems for business

Scattered spreadsheets, inboxes and unwritten rules cost time. A purpose-built operating system makes work, ownership and status visible. We build it around the real process and the people running it.

  • Internal tools & operations platforms
  • Shared workflow and status
  • Built around the real process

Automation pipelines

Manual re-entry and fragmented tools create delays nobody chose on purpose. We find where validation, integration and automation remove the unnecessary steps — without hiding the exceptions that still need a human.

  • Workflow & tool integration
  • Document and notification flows
  • Exception handling and review

Data & intelligence

Operational data is only useful if someone can act on it. We build dashboards, alerts and scoped AI tasks that support real decisions — using AI where the data and the business case justify it, not by default.

  • Operational visibility
  • Relevant alerts and exceptions
  • Applied AI with explicit limits

Product engineering

We build our own vertical software products and take on custom systems for businesses with a clearly defined problem. Scope and technical approach come out of discovery, not a template.

  • Purpose-built systems
  • Discovery-led architecture

The FAURITOR Method

Problem → System → Automation → Intelligence → Scale

The FAURITOR Method takes an operating constraint and turns it into a system that can be understood, improved and maintained. Each stage answers one question. Walk through them to see how they connect.

  1. Before any software gets chosen, we find where work actually stalls: the manual hand-off, the missing information, the decision nobody can make with confidence. We map the workflow as it runs today — not as a diagram says it should.

    Typical focus

    • Current process and constraints
    • The first problem worth solving

Example · A quote request lands by email, gets retyped into a spreadsheet, then gets chased by phone.

  2. We define the data, the states, who owns what, the hand-offs and the failure cases before a single interface decision gets made. The goal is a system the business can run — not a screen bolted onto work it doesn’t understand.

    Typical focus

    • System boundaries and data model
    • A clear scope, with clear exclusions

Example · A job record moves through intake, scheduled, in progress, invoiced — each state with an owner.

  3. Once the workflow is mapped, we find the steps worth automating: routing, validation, notifications, document prep, tool-to-tool hand-offs. Exceptions still route to a person. That’s by design, not a gap.

    Typical focus

    • Candidate automation flows
    • Defined exception and review paths

Example · A submitted request creates a job record, assigns the next owner, drafts the notification.

  4. Clean, consistent records make the data worth looking at. Dashboards surface workload and bottlenecks. Alerts catch exceptions. AI handles classification, summarization or drafting where the data actually supports it.

    Typical focus

    • Operational measures worth tracking
    • Decision support with known limits

Example · Incoming inquiries get sorted for human review against defined fit criteria.

  5. A system needs an owner after launch. Monitoring, documentation, change management and the next round of improvements are part of the design from day one, not an afterthought.

    Typical focus

    • Operating and maintenance plan
    • Documented next steps and ownership

Example · The same workflow model extends to new processes once the operating and technical limits are checked.

We’re building more vertical software around real operating problems. We’ll publish what it does and who it’s for once we can back it with evidence — not before.

Work

How a system comes together

These are system patterns, not client case studies — a straight look at how we’d approach a real operating problem, the system behind it, and what automation or data would actually change.

System pattern

Operations hub for a services business

Problem
Requests come in through five channels, and status lives in spreadsheets and group chats.
System
One intake flow, one job record, clear states, one owner per job.
Automation
Routing, follow-up and document prep that don’t need a human to trigger.
Intelligence
A live view of workload and where it’s getting stuck.

Automation pattern

Lead-to-delivery pipeline

Problem
Inquiries sit in inboxes, and someone retypes the same information three times.
System
One structured intake record with a visible path from enquiry to next action.
Automation
Qualification steps, notifications and draft documents triggered by a real state change.
Intelligence
Numbers that actually say how fast inquiries move and where they stall.

Intelligence pattern

Founder decision layer

Problem
The information that matters is scattered across disconnected tools.
System
One model for the handful of decisions the business actually needs to make.
Automation
Synchronization and exception checks, built where data access is lawful and feasible.
Intelligence
A focused view of cash, capacity or pipeline — built on data that’s actually verified, not assumed.

Note · These are illustrative patterns, not completed client work. No client names, testimonials, or delivered results are implied.

Why FAURITOR

Built like a product company, engaged like a partner

We don’t sell a catalogue of technologies — we build around what the business actually needs to run. Building our own products shapes how we approach every custom system: define the constraint, agree the scope, build for real use.

01

Systems, not deliverables

A system is only useful if it makes work clearer for the people running it. We design past the screen, to the workflow and the decisions behind it.

02

Design, build and operate

Operation isn’t an afterthought — it’s a design decision from day one. Monitoring, documentation and ownership get defined in the agreed scope, not promised the same way for every project.

03

Engineering discipline

Explicit data contracts, validation, testing, documentation that matches what’s actually being built. We check technical claims against the real implementation — not the pitch deck.

04

An internal product discipline

Building our own vertical software keeps us honest about what a system should do, for whom, under which constraints. We apply the same discipline to custom work.

Technology

Boring where it should be, sharp where it counts

Technology choices follow the workflow, the reliability bar, and how the system gets operated over time — not trend. What’s listed below describes the tools and patterns we consider. A project’s actual stack and controls are whatever was verified and deployed for that project.

Frontend & experience

  • Next.js
  • React
  • TypeScript
  • Tailwind CSS

Backend & APIs

  • Node.js
  • Cloud Functions
  • Typed contracts (Zod)
  • JSON API

Data & delivery

  • Static export
  • Firestore
  • Firebase Hosting config
  • GitHub Actions

Safety & operations

  • Server-side validation
  • Rate limiting
  • Security headers
  • Consent-gated analytics
A frontend talks to a validated service endpoint for intake and operations. Production settings, third-party services and security controls are verified per project.

Clear contracts

Explicit data structures mark what crosses a system boundary — so the contract is readable before the code is.

Real testing

Checks reflect the actual system and its failure modes, not a happy path someone drew once.

Operational ownership

Monitoring and documentation responsibilities are part of the agreed scope, not an extra.

About

A software brand operated by MCO Ventures

FAURITOR is a software brand operated by MCO Ventures S.R.L.. We build focused vertical software products and take on custom systems for businesses with a specific operating problem. We start with the workflow and the decisions it needs to support — AI gets used where it earns a place, not by default.

Macovei Laurentiu — Founder & CEO

The founder sets FAURITOR’s direction and operating priorities.

How we work

  • Contracts before cleverness. Every boundary validates its input, so a system fails loudly instead of quietly producing wrong numbers.
  • Security is part of the build. The enquiry path ships with server-side validation, an origin allowlist, a spam trap, a hashed-address rate limit and a payload ceiling — not as a later hardening pass.
  • Documented limits. What has been verified and what has not are written down separately — the same standard we apply to a client system.

Questions

Questions we get asked

Short, self-contained answers about what FAURITOR does, who we build for and how a project starts.

What does FAURITOR do?

FAURITOR builds vertical software and AI-enabled systems for real businesses. We ship focused products for specific operating problems, and we build custom software from scratch when the workflow demands it.

Who do you build for?

We build for businesses with a specific operating problem: work spread across spreadsheets, inboxes and unwritten rules, manual re-entry between tools that do not talk to each other, or a workflow nobody can see end to end. Scope and technical approach come out of discovery, not a template.

How does a project start?

Every project starts with the workflow as it runs today. We find where work actually stalls, then define the system — the data, the states, who owns what and the hand-offs — before automating the steps worth automating. Exceptions still route to a person. Start with the enquiry form on this page or write to contact@fauritor.com.

Who operates FAURITOR?

FAURITOR is a software brand operated by MCO Ventures S.R.L. (CUI 52622340, Trade Register J2025075140000), founded and led by Macovei Laurentiu — Founder & CEO. General and legal enquiries go to contact@fauritor.com and privacy enquiries to privacy@fauritor.com. The operator's full identification, including the registered office and the subscribed share capital, is published in the footer of every page and in the Legal Notice. Email is the contact channel; no public telephone number is published.

What are your engineering principles?

Three, and they are checkable: explicit data contracts and validation at every boundary, so a system fails loudly instead of quietly; security and abuse protection designed into the enquiry path rather than bolted on afterwards; and documentation that matches what was actually built, including the limits of what has been verified.

Do you take on custom systems, or only products?

Both. HVAC ProfitGuard is our first vertical product. Alongside it we build custom systems for businesses with a clearly defined operating problem: internal tools that make work and ownership visible, automation pipelines with exceptions that still route to a person, and data layers that support decisions. Scope and technical approach come out of discovery, not a template.
