Data rights request instructions
Effective Date: 7 October 2026 · Operator: MCO Ventures S.R.L.
Implementation baseline · review required before publication
1. Where to send a request
For personal information controlled by MCO Ventures S.R.L. in connection with FAURITOR.COM, email privacy@fauritor.com, or write to MCO Ventures S.R.L., Sat Livada, Comuna Livada, Nr. 231, Camera 1, Arad County, Romania, marked “Privacy request”. Tell us which service and information your request concerns. No special form or paid account is required.
2. What to include
Provide a reply address, the email or account identifier used with us, the right you want to exercise and enough context to locate the information. Do not send passwords, full payment-card numbers or identity documents with your first request. An authorised representative should identify the person represented and provide proportionate proof of authority. We may ask for additional information only where reasonably necessary to verify identity, authority or the scope of the request.
3. Available rights
Depending on the applicable law and circumstances, you may request access and a copy, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, withdrawal of consent, or objection to processing based on legitimate interests. You can object to direct marketing at any time. Where applicable, you can exercise rights concerning sale, sharing, targeted advertising or significant automated decisions and appeal a refusal. Rights are subject to lawful exceptions, including protection of other people and necessary legal records. We explain any refusal and available review route.
4. Response and cost
For GDPR requests we respond without undue delay and normally within one month of receipt. If a lawful extension of up to two further months is needed, we explain the reason within the first month. Where PIPEDA applies, access requests normally receive a substantive response within 30 calendar days, with extensions only as permitted by law. Other applicable deadlines apply to requests under provincial or US law. Requests are normally free. We will explain any legally permitted charge or refusal before applying it; identity checks will be proportionate and will not be used to obstruct a request.
5. Information controlled by a customer
If an HVAC contractor or another customer supplied information about you to its workspace, that customer normally decides why the information is processed. You may contact that customer directly. If you contact us, we will help identify the responsible customer where possible and forward or assist with the request under its instructions, without disclosing another person’s information. This does not affect requests about information we control ourselves.
6. Device-only records and subscriptions
Clearing browser storage can remove device-only information; export anything you need first. A locally saved deletion-request draft is not transmitted to us. Send it through the contact channel above. Cancelling renewal, requesting a refund and requesting deletion are separate actions; tell us if you want more than one. We do not require you to abandon a statutory right to request another remedy.
7. Complaints and appeals
If you disagree with our response, reply to the privacy contact with “Privacy appeal” and the request reference. We will review the concern and explain the result within the period required by applicable law. You may complain directly to ANSPDCP (https://www.dataprotection.ro), another competent EU supervisory authority, the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada (https://www.priv.gc.ca), Quebec’s Commission d’accès à l’information (https://www.cai.gouv.qc.ca), the relevant Alberta or British Columbia privacy commissioner, or the relevant US regulator. You need not contact us before exercising a statutory complaint right.
