A direct route for data questions

Email privacy@fauritor.com or contact@fauritor.com with “Privacy request” in the subject. Describe the request clearly and tell us the email address used for the inquiry, if relevant.

Do not send identity documents, passwords or unnecessary sensitive information in the first email. We may need proportionate verification before disclosing or changing data.

• Access: ask whether information about you is being processed and request a copy or processing details.
• Correction: identify inaccurate or incomplete information.
• Deletion or restriction: ask us to remove or limit use of information where appropriate.
• Objection or other question: explain the processing you want reviewed.

The request is routed to the person responsible for privacy operations, identity and scope are reviewed, and the response is recorded using the internal privacy-request procedure. The final response timing, exemptions and escalation route must be confirmed in the approved privacy policy and internal runbook before production launch.

The relevant supervisory authority for Romania is the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP). Its official website is dataprotection.ro. Confirm the final authority wording with a lawyer for the controller’s actual establishment and processing scope.
